If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange a return and refund.
We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake (It happens). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. Let us know if our service could be better!!
Please note the item must be returned within 30 days of its receipt. Item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
We recommend using Tracked-Delivery while sending us back products. Should an item get lost in transit without a tracking reference, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow that up.
As shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
