We ship all items via Royal Mail. We offer free, second class standard postage, but please feel free to upgrade your postage at the checkout if you wish.

How long does it take to process an order?

Metal hardware and Tiger Thread collection items being shipped the same working day if orders placed before 12 pm, if not then the next working day.

To make custom orders we need up to 5 working days.

We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

We ship our orders both- domestically and to a select number of international destinations. International orders may take slightly longer to arrive, simply because they may be checked at customs.
